Terms of Sale

1. Medical Questionnaire & Prescription

Sales of our treatments are subject to acceptable Medical Questionnaire answers and subsequent approval by one of our registered Pharmacists. Access to the treatment can be rejected or revoked at any time during your subscription, for any reason, including if you notify us of any changes in your medical situation.

It is a joint decision between yourself and the Pharmacist as to whether you wish to proceed with the treatment plan recommended.

2. Subscription Basis

All of the treatments sold by Certified Health Ltd (t/a Unthin) are on a monthly subscription basis. The cost for the monthly subscription (and any discounts applied or first-month reductions) is confirmed in the checkout section. By signing up for a subscription with us, you agree to monthly charges to the card you specified during registration.

The subscription will run uninterrupted for 12 months (unless cancelled by yourself or one of our Pharmacists), at which time the prescription of the treatment plan will expire. At this point you will need to re-complete the full medical questionnaire, as well as some follow-up questions to ensure your continued suitability for a treatment plan.

3. Card Expiry

Should your card expire whilst you have an active subscription, your treatment plan will be paused until you login to our website and update the information to an active card (you will receive an email notifying you of this).

Once the card has been updated and payment has been authorised, your treatment plan will resume and you will continue receiving the treatment in the post.

4. Refunds

To reduce wastage, all of our treatment products are made to order. Therefore, regrettably, once a treatment product is dispatched to your address, we are unable to offer refunds. However, in the unlikely event your treatment product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible on [email protected] so we can investigate with our delivery partner.

5. Restarting Subscription

Should you cancel your subscription, you will be able to restart it at any time by logging into your account and following the instructions. You will need to re-provide authorisation for us to check your card, and also check that your delivery details haven’t changed.

6. Cancellation

Your subscription can be cancelled at any point of your treatment plan by emailing [email protected]. To prevent being billed for the next month’s subscription, you should let us know of your intent to cancel as soon as possible. Treatments are made to order, therefore we require a week’s notice of cancellation.
